• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for return.

 

3. Exceptions

• Personalised or custom-made jewellery cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

 

4. Refund or Exchange

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
